Terms and Conditions

All tariffs include a £5 voucher*, per unit per night, to spend on food in the Black Swan. For example if you are staying 2 nights you can use your £10 of vouchers on one occasion.
Super pitches are hard standings with own water, electricity and grey water drainage.
Any cancellations must be made 5 days before arrival to receive a full refund (less £5 admin fee)
We no longer accept cheques as a method of payment.
Tariff includes maximum of 4 people over the age of 5yrs, one car per pitch.
Additional persons £2.00 per night.

Bank Holiday minimum nights for booking a pitch;

• Easter 2 nights
• 1st May Bank Holiday 2 nights
• Last May Bank Holiday 2 nights
• August Bank holiday 3 nights

Certain weekends may also have a 2 night minimum stay policy at the normal tariff rate for those dates.
Yorkshire Festival of Ales (July) total tariff is for 2 nights, dinning vouchers do not apply
British Festival of Ales (Oct) total tariff is for 2 nights, dinning vouchers do not apply
